Academic president refused to make professor "has passed three security screenings"

One of three people who President MiloA Zeman has refused to make a professor, Jan Eichler, says he has successfully undergone three security screenings. Mr. Zeman accuses Mr. Eichler of having been chief ideologue of the Communist Party prior to 1989, a charge rejected by the academic.
