China threatens to take action against Slovakia after President Andrej Kiska meets with the Dalai Lama, while Czechs send mixed signals. As the Dalai Lama tours Europe promoting tolerance, China which has been investing heavily in Central Europe in recent years is threatening reprisals against governments that meet with the exiled Tibetan spiritual leader.
