Learning about the Holocaust in Hebrew school and through family is one thing, but Stevenson University senior Michelle Canvisser wasn't exactly prepared for what she saw on a visit to Auschwitz-Birkenau. "I thought what I was taught was enough for me to know how I would feel, but I was extremely overwhelmed the entire time and just could not believe I was there and what had gone on there," she said.
