Volkswagen Taigun back on track, renamed T-Track?

Remember the Volkswagen Taigun ? The entry-level SUV that was reportedly canned last year ? Well, Wolfsburg must have thought its demise was premature, as development has been restarted on course for a 2020 market introduction, according to AutoBild . The project was initially shelved, the German publication reported, because it would have simply been too expensive to build - the up! city car, on which the Taigun was supposed to be based, shares few components with other models in Volkswagen's stable.
