Here and There: Hungry children - still a reality?

Recent figures show that 1.6 million Israelis are living below the poverty line - of whom 756,900 are children. Just a couple of weeks ago I went along to a wonderful musical evening the performer was the well-known Israeli pianist, composer and conductor Gil Shohat.
