The Latest: Slovakia amends constitution after Paris attacks

" The Slovak Parliament has amended the constitution to give authorities more powers to deal with terror suspects following the attacks in Paris. In a 95-25 vote Tuesday, the lawmakers agreed to double the time such a suspect can be detained, from 48 to 96 hours.
