Slovak Telekom Plans IPO of 49% Stake

Bratislava-based Slovak Telekom, 51%-owned by Germany's Deutsche Telekom AG, on Wednesday said it plans to float the remaining 49% stake held by the Slovak state in the form of shares and global depositary receipts in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and London.
