1 in 5 new Prague flats are bought by foreigners, developers say

Property developers surveyed by the ČTK news agency say roughly 20 percent
of new Prague apartments are purchased by foreigners, in particular
Slovaks, followed by western Europeans and people from the former Soviet
Union.
