Via Carpatia, an unnecessary project for Romania

After Jaroslaw Kaczynski's Law and Justice Party came to power, the North-South highway project, dubbed Via Carpatia, is in the pipeline again. According to AFP, seven countries, signatories of the declaration, have adhered to the project , Polish Infrastructure Minister Andrzej Adamczyk stated.
